In Sanctuary, anything and everything is for sale or trade. In the Market Square, there are a number of Trans-Dimentional Traders who ply their wares, as well as a number of specialty stores that are located in the Sanctuary Mall.

Note: There is a Sales Tax payable on all transactions of %5 of purchase price. This is usually factered into the cost of the item. Most items will be priced between -10 and +15% of the listed price in the applicable Palladium Sourcebook.... in Sanctuary Credits!
